"We remind everyone about bicycle safety rules. All bicycles must follow the rules as if they were operating a motor vehicle. Helmets are required for bicyclists under the age of 14."

What? There are rules for operating a bicycle? Gee thanks DPD.

Maybe you should have a mandatory public meeting to inform all the youths in DK. Or better yet, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT - you're wasting your breath with the helmet law - no one here wears them, the kids zig-zag across the streets invincible (and ivisible) to traffic, the adults that use for transport constantly ride AGAINST traffic and blow all stop signs and lights.

But since you never ticket, no one realizes these laws. Or better yet, print them in Spanish on a flyer and just poke one in everyone's mailbox.. maybe then we won't have to drive through DK at 15mph because you never know what's around the next parked car.

And can the minorities please use the sidewalks? Are they not good enough for you or something??
