Good to see that Chuck is spending his time on "important stuff" to lower the tax burden on New Yorkers...

I have a better idea, give all the hungry folks a gun and a free license plus a free tag and they can go hunt for themselves. Trouble is looking around just the local area I don't see what appears to be a lot of hungry people.

Think it is a great idea!

Hunters hunt...(which most hunters will tell you the sport of hunting is what motivates them not necessarily the kill)...and people who are hungry get fed.

Excellent.

spoken like a non-hunter. there are places that will take the deer free of charge and process it and donate the deer to local food bank.

You eat it - Why not just put a bounty price on deer an let the hunters do the dirty work.Does ROAD KILL qualify ?

The USDA needs to comment or vomit on this proposel.
