You are right OURnotgonalikeme. Which means Matt Dillon has it wrong again. If he thinks that is all that the village PD ever did then he has to know that the sheriff is following at a close second since their monthly report filed for the month of June listed 654 total calls( their first month of service when they didn't really know the village)

What Matt is implying is that if we had the locals still they would have had a speed trap set up and would have stopped the bus outside of town and shook down all the passangers, because as you remember, that was all they ever did...Right?

Matt Dillion... that has to be the most most uneducated self serving statement I have ever heard. The police or lack there of vs the sherriffs dept. and weather or not they know the residents have absolutely no bearing on a pedestrian getting hit by a BUS!

This accident would have never happened if the "local dept" was still here. The local guys know the residents and would have prevented this from happening.
