Steiner likes to parrot fellow neo-cons with the 'we have a set of laws, the constitution, thats the rule' speach. Yet, when it comes to practice, they insist they have the right to pick and choose which laws they abide by - the ones that support their agenda while ignoring those that don't..like the children they really are.

Has anyone noticed the salary comparison in Police and Fire between Dunkirk and Fredonia? Maybe that's why NRG revenue is so important!

inquiring minds would love to see the breakdown as follows: Dunkirk police vs NYS troopers vs County sheriffs , now that may have some big surprises in it

Judeye is one of the church lady sob sisters. I still say she is getting assistance of some sort. She talks a lot about grand children. Sounds like they live with her. I bet there is a lot of govt money coming in there.

hey donnar and joew. judeye appears not to know anything at all. She ignores history, quotes , facts, etc. She thinks the will of the people is the rule, it is not. we have a set of laws, the constitution, thats the rule. Listening willy nilly to people is mob rule. Thats what the libs like. they always riot, like children when they dont get their way.Witness the trayvon case. The editor is striking on a raw nerve with the govt salaries. Libs like judeye think the govt invented and helped us with everything. RR's electricity. raduio, electronics. Judeye is one confused liberal.facts mean nothing to her at all.

Judeye, How many times must you be told? It's called a NICS check. Look it up and stop ignoring facts! My biggest pet peeve is when someone has a VERY strong opinion about a subject they know absolutely nothing about. Case in point.

On the first question, "Should background checks be done on all gun purchasers?" 308 people said yes while 33 disagreed

Interesting. Even in our very rural county, where hunting is very common, most still think background checks should be conducted in order to purchase a gun. Supports all other National polls which indicate 90% of the people in our Nation support a federal law that would require background checks. Why are not the lawmakers in DC voting with the people?

So Brocton which is a disgusting scum pit pays their village employers 12k more per year on average and is 1/5 of the size of Fredonia? I wonder when someone steps in and asks how in the world this can be possible. Brocton is robbing their taxpayers. Criminals.
