If occupancy is being exceeded in rental properties, that would seem to fall under the Code Enforcement Officer's job description to prosecute. SHAME on the rental property owners for turning a blind eye on their properties and collecting rental fees that are way out of line.

Untamed, You may know what you are talking about electrically, but you didn't do so well in geography. How did Sunset Bay in the Town of Hanover move to Westfield??? go ahead and send Westfield a bill and they will get their laugh for today

The fish grinder must be related to my son-in-law as far as work goes.

WHo is this Electrician? obviously a self trained Electrician that doesn't understand Industrial Equipment. A new Breaker and Voltage converter to solve this??? Maybe an Inverter!A voltage converter would change the voltage from either AC to DC or vice versa. The breaker only cuts power (Manually) to the equipment. Adjust the Current rating on the "Inverter" (VFD) to up the amp draw for larger fish and WOlla! it will work fine. Make shure your motor is rated for the higher amp capacity it will be seeing though. Sounds like Westfield just got taken for the cost of this guy to show up and scratch his head. I'll send you my bill in the morning....
