timetomove, my parents were busy working and didn't spend time with us for recreation. We knew our limits as to how far we could go from the house, gathered our friends, and got outside to play hopscotch, dodgeball, wiffleball and so many other outdoor actdivities. It's such a shame that this does no happen today......

Was this a glee club project? Yes there is a problem with obese kids look at our food its all engineered with steroids, fillers, preservatives, sweeteners and im sure a bunch of extra stuff that has negative impact on everyone. Kids are all connected to electronic life because there no time for family or a normal lifestyle because the parents are both working to survive. Its a sad thing kids should be healthy and out playing, times have changed not for the better bike paths arent gonna change this behavior.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Complete Streets is needed to get children exercise more. How about better parenting and take away all the electronic devices and encouraging more physical activities with our kids. I find it so depressing not to see kids outside playing these days, and it happens all over the world! I hope to God that the Village Board does not approve this. It's a waste of money. Really? Whose bright idea was this?????
