Stupid regulation/ruling, yes.

But only 39% of the EPA's Senior Executive Service - the policymaker level - is women . . . so I guess we should blame this on the super-dads.

This is a good example of the big government people are tired of. With all that is in need of improvement in this counrty this is the thing they choose to focus on? Now it will cost more to fight about it because common sense no longer exists.
