cade is being ignorant again. the quotes i posted are from an 1890 encyclopedia set. the voting quotes are from books writen by people who have researched the new deal and depression by that great dumbacrat, FDR. Cade does not know history at all. he mocks not just me but books.cade, did ya ever read anything ? it looks like you dont.

So maggie, over the last 80 years we have seen america divided into two camps. those who vote for a living and those who work for a living. of course the voters would be the democrats and their public employee unions and all the people they mananged to get on the dole. we are close to the tipping point. where we will have more freeloaders than workers. All under the name of liberal largess. So it would seem reasonable then to allow corporations a say in the matter. the democrats have been fanatical in this approach of no competition to the govt. from wilsons arrests of thousands in WW1, followed by FDRs new deal and the blue eagle business harassment program to the teachers union fighting any chance of school choice. its all in the libs tolerance. You can have any opinion you want , as long as it agrees with a liberal. Look up who did the most violence in history. it was democrats, progressives and their unions. the 30s were a hot bed of strikes and war against business.

hey maggie, you got confused on the corporation thing. Corporations are people and it makes you mad. thats precisely the reason corporations were made. People died. A way had to be found not to let the business die too. All the knowledge and of course money going into the grave. Unions give a lot of money to heir CEO, the govt. If it is OK for them, why not business interests. For most of the union membership is govt employee and they surely live off the fat of the land. the taxes paid by the corporations and people employed by them. you are making the same mistake ida tarbell and a host of other activists did. why ? the union of opposites. The people like you saw the success of the corporation and in true liberal fashion, became quite jealous.its class envy maggie. you have a mild case of it.
