Exaclty. Why does Dunkirk need three fire stations? The answer is it doesn't. Tear down the Eagle street station. Hose 4 was built where it is due to a possible fire and a train blocking the tracks. But even that is a lame excuse. The volunteers serving the city will have to be covered by Obama care of which the city will pickup the tab. But Alstrom will cry and whine that three are needed and Dolce will cave and that's the end of the story.
