"Horrigan unveiled "Jumpstart" earlier this year, with three focus areas of improvement, including efficiency in service delivery, a healthier environment for residents and his main focus workforce development." How's that going so far? There are over 200 houses for sale in Fredonia alone and all you see are more signs going up and very very very few coming down. I would like someone to give me ONE reason a business would locate here? Jamestown is over run with drugs, Dunkirk is a slum and welfare haven and Fredonia is just plain dying. There are no trained or skilled people to work in a business that would need someone with a good work ethic and a brain to earn more than min wage. I dare you Vince to answer the question. You are trying but you won't succeed. Sad I would love to be wrong but I don't think I am.
