n Amelia Hughes, 19, of Brocton was charged June 4 with petit larceny.
n Rachel Mosely, 26, of Wisteria Drive, Fredonia was charged June 4 with driving an uninsured vehicle with a suspended registration.
n Darnell Baldwin, 22, of Buffalo was charged June 4 with aggravated unlicensed operation and driving an uninspected motor vehicle.
n Ismal Diaz, 22, of Lincoln Avenue was charged June 5 with a stop sign violation.
n Chuck Worden, 36, of South Main Street was charged June 5 with third-degree assault and menacing.
n Luis Valentin, 34, of Lakeshore Drive East was charged June 5 with criminal possession of stolen property and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
n Alexa McMurray, 18, of Westfield was charged June 5 with driving without a seat belt in an uninsured vehicle.

n Nancy Wisniewski, 62, of Nevins Street was charged June 9 with driving with no seatbelt in an uninsured motor vehicle.
n Noel Jimenez, 35, of Maple Avenue was charged June 9 with driving without a seatbelt.
n Luis Santanna, 22, of Maple Avenue was charged June 9 with having an inadequate muffler on an unregistered vehicle.
n Julia Speadlina, 24, of Jamestown was charged June 9 with driving an uninspected motor vehicle.
n Melissa Jensen, 24, of Lord Street was charged June 10 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
n Bruce Ehman, 59, of Silver Creek was charged June 10 with speeding in a school zone.
Fredonia Police Department
n Derek Seagar, 27, of Lake Shore Drive East, Dunkirk was charged June 4 along with Michael Jakubowicz, 25, of McKinley Avenue, Dunkirk. Both were charged with obscene language and gestures. A court date was set for June 11.
n Michael Adkins, 41, of Eagle Street was charged June 5 with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
n Reese Higgs, 20, of Jamestown and Christopher Winne, 19, of Bemus point were both charged June 7 with unlawful possession of alcohol for a person under 21 and an open container violation. Winne was also charged with driving while intoxicated. A court date is set for July 9.
n Jason Lack, 27, of Wisteria Drive was charged June 7 with disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of marijuana and second-degree harassment.
n Steven Stablewski, 18, of Harmon Hill Road was charged June 7 with second-degree harassment, following a person.
n Mitchell Kelley, 23, was charged June 8 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and resisting arrest. He was held on $1,000 bail.
n Timothy Daniel Lee, 27, and Kristina Miernik, 36, of Central Avenue, Dunkirk were both charged June 11 with endangering the welfare of a child.
n Robin Diers, 27, and Robert Kuhn, 37, of Brocton were each charged June 12 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
n Larry Houser, 24, of Brocton was picked up on an arrest warrant June 13 for second-degree harassment.
State Police at Fredonia
n HANOVER — Jose Cisneros of Howard Street, Silver Creek, a passenger in a vehicle stopped Sunday by state police on Angell Road in the Town of Hanover, admitted to owning a marijuana pipe and two grams of marijuana found in the vehicle.
Cisneros will answer the possession of marijuana charge in Hanover Town Court.
n HANOVER — Ryan W. Brunn, 19, of Silver Creek was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated.
State police stopped Brunn on Angell Road for driving left of the center line of the road and across its hazard markings.
The investigation led to the DWI charge and having .08 percent blood alcohol content.
He was ticketed for the charges, that are to be answered in Hanover Town Court, and released to the custody of his mother.
n IRVING — Jerome P. Deak, 45, of Perry Street, Irving, was charged Saturday with felony driving while intoxicated.
Deak was stopped by state police on Route 5&20 for speeding and a cracked windshield.
The investigation led to charges of felony DWI and a blood alcohol content of .28 percent along with the speeding and windshield violations.
He was released to the custody of his wife and is to answer the charges in Hanover Town Court.
n State Police said David F. McNaughton, 21, address unknown, was charged with larceny for allegedly stealing his grandmother’s lawn mower from her Fredonia property and selling it to another person.
A warrant was issued for McNaughton’s arrest and he was taken into custody and arraigned before Justice David Prince.
He was released to return to court to answer the charge.
