It won't be the typical backyard barbeque for one Fredonia couple this evening. Donna Logan and Mike Christopher of Fredonia entered and won News Channel 7's, "Mike Randall Backyard Barbeque" contest.
"Out of thousands of people they picked Mike Christopher's name," said Donna Logan, Christopher's girlfriend. Christopher lives at 128 W. Main St.
"It will be fun and exciting in the fact that I don't think they're aware of what his backyard is, because it's kind of exotic and not an ordinary background. It has an island in it, sand, and a huge deck that overlooks Russell Joy Park. It's different and unique."

The couple won free catering by Andersons, which will feature Sahlen's Hot Dogs, a tent, chairs, tables, and entertainment as provided by ABC Hardware and Rental for 20 of their closest friends and family.
If that wasn't enough, Mike Randall will also be calling tonight's live weather report from their backyard, on WKBW at 5 and 6 p.m.
The couple was also allowed to invite more then 20 individuals, but are required to pay $7 a head after the initial 20. "Mike's Backyard Barbeque" will include food, beverages, and an ice cream dessert.
