Paul M. Benton, 52, of Stockton, died Friday, July 18, 2008 at Roswell Cancer Institute.

He was born Aug. 23, 1955, in Erie, Pa., the son of the late Earle M. and Doris A .(Dingman) Benton.

He was a 1973 graduate of Pine Valley Central School. Paul worked for the Cassadaga Valley School System for 25 years as a bus mechanic/driver.

He was an avid rider of his Harley Davidson and en-joyed riding in the country with his wife and friends.

Survived by his wife Cathy (Newhouse) Benton; brother of Arthur Benton of Buffalo; Debbie Ulrich of Ohio and Cindy (McBratnie) Perlson of North Carolina. Beloved son-in-law of Bernie and Betty Newhouse of Mayville. Paul is also sur-vived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Friends will be received from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday in the Jordan Funeral Home in Sinclairville.
