Bellanti buys Westfield Homes land
Dominic Bellanti, president of 288 E Main St, Inc., is proud to announce the purchase of the property that served as the business headquarters for Westfield Homes.
The 19.5-acre site features more than 2,500-square-feet of office space, nine modular and manufactured homes, three storage facilities, and assorted vehicles and supplies. Bellanti will now do business at this location as Rt. 60 Homes.
As a result of the purchase, Bellanti will also be expanding his company's scope of services.
"I anticipate adding a new product line of housing options, as well as services for prospective homeowners throughout Western New York," he said. He added that, "We will announce, shortly, the hiring of two to three new employees and expect to have a grand opening during the first weekend in October."
With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Bellanti also owns Owl Homes of Fredonia. Prior to purchasing Owl in 2003, he held a variety of sales and service positions. In addition, he completed the University at Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership program in 2004. Bellanti, who grew up in Silver Creek and graduated from Silver Creek High School, currently lives in Farnham.
