Miss Bethany Geer and Mr. Daniel Bartkowiak were united in marriage on Oct. 18, 2008 at Camp Hill United Methodist Church in Camp Hill, Pa. The double-ring ceremony was officiated by Pastor Ken Mellinger.
The bride is the daughter of Michael and Susan Geer of Elizabethtown, Pa. The groom is the son of Richard and Ann Bartkowiak of Fredonia.
The bride was escorted by her father. She wore a white, strapless, A-line gown with a dropped waist corset top and embroidered organza overlay, with a chapel train and fingertip-length veil. She carried a bouquet of white roses with purple alstroemeria and purple statis.

Maid of honor was Kayte Bell of Philadelphia, childhood friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Miss Kathryn Bartkowiak of Fredonia, sister of the groom, and Miss Rebekah Geer of Elizabethtown, sister of the bride; Miss Lauren Bailes of Brooklyn and Miss Laura Cope of Annville, Pa., childhood friends of the bride; and Miss Emily Rossol of Toledo, Ohio, Miss Natalie King of Payne, Ohio, and Miss Carlie Roberts of Pensacola, Fla., friends and college roommates of the bride.
Best man was the groom's brother, Mr. Richard Bartkowiak of Nashville. Groomsmen were Mr. Christopher Geer of Pittsburgh and Stephen Geer of Elizabethtown, brothers of the bride; Mr. Matthew Dull of Brockport, friend of the groom; Pastor Jim Crosley of Alden, youth pastor and friend of the groom; Mr. Joshua Hutton of Cresson, Pa., friend and college roommate of the groom; and Mr. Eric Hull of Columbus, Ohio, and Mr. Justin Miller of Mechanicsburg, Pa., friends and college roommates and college baseball teammates of the groom.
A reception was held at Ski Roundtop in Lewisberry, Pa.
The bride and groom are 2007 graduates of Grove City College in Pennsylvania. The bride is the producer and development associate of The Commonwealth Foundation in Harrisburg, Pa. The groom is the project manager with the Pennsylvania Family Institute in Harrisburg.
The couple honeymooned in Punta Cana of the Dominican Republic. They reside in Harrisburg.
