Forestville man awarded CSI certification

JAMESTOWN - Harrington Sandberg Architecture & Engineering P.C. is pleased to announce that Thomas W. Bixby has successfully completed the CSI (Construction Specifications Institute) Certified Construction Contract Administration (CCCA) program.
Bixby, with over 30 years experience in the construction industry, joined Harrington Sandberg in 2003. He currently heads the firm's Construction Services initiative. Tom has served as Construction Contract Administrator for Harrington Sandberg's numerous educational, municipal and housing projects. He and his staff have also recently provided Owner's Project Representation (aka Clerk-of-the-Works) services for Frewsburg, Clymer and Forestville Central Schools as well as the Jamestown YWCA.
