  • Michael R. Jordan, 27, of Main Street, Perrysburg was jailed Saturday after his arraignment in Pomfret Town Court.

Deputies said he was stopped on Route 20 in Fredonia for driving a vehicle without the headlights on.

A check of his driving record showed his privilege to drive in New York State had been revoked for driving while intoxicated and refusing to submit to a chemical test.

He was jailed in lieu of $500 bail.

  • SHERIDAN - Lee W. Seybold, 48, of Route 20, Sheridan was jailed Friday following his arraignment on second-degree assault and two counts of second-degree harassment.

Deputies said they were called to Seybold's residence for an alleged assault.

According to the investigation, Seybold allegedly hit his son in the back of the head with a guitar, causing him physical injury.

It is also alleged that Seybold pushed his father to the ground multiple times and punched him in the face.

Seybold also allegedly threatened to him another man with the guitar.

He was taken into custody, arraigned in Sheridan Town Court and was committed to Chautauqua County Jail without bail.

  • ARKWRIGHT - Michael C. MacFarlane, 48, of Hall Road, Cassadaga was

jailed Saturday in lieu of $1,000 bail following his arraignment on driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right.

Deputies said they were called to an address on Hall Road for a disorderly individual who allegedly drove his vehicle into a ditch in front of the residence.

The investigation led to the arrest of MacFarlane for DWI and failure to keep right charges.

He was jailed after being arraigned in Arkwright Town Court.

  • SINCLAIRVILLE - Daniel J. Ferry, 49, of Sinclairville was charged Saturday with public lewdness and disorderly conduct.

Deputies said Ferry had urinated on Sinclairville's Main Street sidewalk while exposing himself to a passerby.

He was arraigned on the charges and was jailed in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 property bond bail.

  • ELLERY - Jason A. Dale, 29, of Jamestown was charged Sunday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding.

Deputies said Dale was stopped on Route 430 in the Town of Ellery for speeding.

A record check indicated that Dale's driving privileges in New York State had been suspended.

He will answer the charges in Ellery Town Court.

  • HANOVER - Buffalo residents Jonathan P. Tarquin, 19, and Cody Irwin, 18, were charged Sunday with underage drinking of alcoholic beverages.

Deputies said the two were seen in the Sunset Bay Beach parking lot consuming alcohol.

They were ticketed for violating the Hanover Town's open container local law.

The charge is to be answered in Hanover Town Court.

  • HANOVER - Jeffrey P. Stack, 19, of Buffalo was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct.

Deputies checking on a large party on Iola Drive in Sunsey Bay when Stack began to use vulgar language toward the officers.

He was arrested, charged with disorderly conduct., arraigned in Hanover Town Court and was jailed in lieu of $250 bail.
