City woman charged with sale
of cocaine
Holly A. Paluch, 21, of Tenney Street, Dunkirk was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal sale and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance identified as cocaine.
Dunkirk Police took her into custody Saturday after a six-month investigation conducted by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force into the sale of cocaine in the City of Dunkirk.
Paluch was arrested on a warrant issued by Dunkirk City Court.
She was arraigned and committed to Chautauqua County Jail without bail.
The investigation into the sale of narcotics is continuing and more arrests are expected to be made.
HANOVER - Jason D. Harper, 28, of Silver Creek was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while intoxicated.
Deputies said he was stopped on Route 5&20 for failure to stay in lane and the investigation led to the above charges.
He also was cited for first degree felony unlicensed operation and failure to stay in lane.
These charges are to be answered in Hanover Town Court.
HANOVER - Two Buffalo residents were arrested Saturday, one for unlawful possession of marijuana and the other for driving while intoxicated.
Deputies said Colin W. Short, 24, was stopped on Route 5&20 for failure to stay in lane and the investigation led to him being charged with DWI, aggravated DWI and the failure to stay in lane violation.
Michael J. Gugino, 27, a passenger in the Short vehicle, was found to be in possession of marijuana and was issued an appearance ticket.
Both men are to answer the charges in Hanover Town Court.
SUNSET BAY - Roger M. Miller Jr., 28, of Buffalo was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Deputies said while on foot patrol, they observed Miller sitting in a vehicle with a bag of marijuana in his hand.
He was issued an appearance ticket for Hanover Town Court.
Westfield Police
Scott C. Eshleman, 31, of North Gale Street, Westfield was jailed Saturday in lieu of $1,000 bail following his arraignment on an imprisonment charge.
Westfield Police said Eshleman and his wife became involved in a domestic dispute at a local bar and according to the wife, he forcibly removed her from the bar.
He then allegedly forced the victim into his truck and locked the doors so she could not willingly leave the vehicle.
The victim suffered scratches and bruises to her arms, the arrest report noted.
Eshleman was arraigned in Westfield Village Court and was jailed when he could not post bail.
He is to return to Westfield Village Court to answer the charge.
Michelle Johnson, 32, of Route 20, Westfield was charged June 23 with second-degree harassment.
Westfield Police said a male complainant was sitting at Welch Field watching his son playing a Little League game. Johnson, identified as the victim's former girlfriend, allegedly walked up to the victim, began yelling at him and struck him in the face with her hand, for no apparent reason.
She was arrested on the second-degree harassment charge and is scheduled to appear in Westfield Village Court.
Fredonia Police Department
Jamie Hebner, 30, of Route 20 was charged June 22 with petit larceny for allegedly stealing three bras from Wal-Mart.
Larry Houser, 25, of Brocton was picked up on a village warrant on June 22 for failure to pay a fine. He later posted $100 cash bail.
Gualberto Gonzalez, 32, of Route 60 turned himself in on a bench warrant on June 22. He posted $285 cash bail.
Russell Farnham, 21, of Wisteria Drive was charged June 23 with second degree harassment physical contact. He was picked up on a warrant issued for that charge.
Joshua Nichols, 25, of Lincoln Avenue, Dunkirk turned himself in on a bench warrant and he posted $225 cash bail on June 25.
Christa Jimerson, 38, of Dove Street, Dunkirk was charged June 24 with second degree harassment physical contact.
Eric Weaver, 26, of Texas and Dean Roe, 24, of Cherry Creek were both charged June 27 with disorderly conduct, obscene language and gestures. Both paid $100 bail.
John Andolsek II, 20, of Collins was charged June 27 with littering and unlawful possession of alcohol for a person under 21. He posted $100 cash bail.
Kyle Dawley, 21, of South Dayton was charged June 27 with violation of an open container violation.

Hernando Cardenas Jr., 44, of Plover Street was charged June 24 with petit larceny.
Courtney Spencer, 16, and Sharon Spencer, 45, of Webster Street were charged June 26 with third degree criminal mischief. and obstruction. Courtney was also charged with disorderly conduct and Sharon with harassment. Also charged was Gregguy Celestin, 29, with violation of a noise ordinance.
Randy Koba, 41, of Stegelske Street was charged June 26 with harassment.
Daniel Galaza, 21, of Beagle Street was charged June 22 with assault.
Jordan Moreland, 22, of Columbus Avenue was charged June 26 with menacing.
Julio Martinez, 28, of Lincoln Avenue was charged June 27 with harassment and criminal trespassing.
John Loy, 42, of West Point Avenue was charged June 28 with assault and menacing.
Jessica Shepard, 27, of Lake Shore Drive East was charged June 27 with failure to maintain lane and improper restraint for a child less than 7 and for a child less than 4 years in age.
Luis Ortiz, 22, of Smith Court was charged June 28 with harassment and criminal mischief.
