U.S. Rep. Brian Higgins addressed nearly 75 members of the Chamber of Commerce this afternoon, specifically about possible changes in the health-care system.
Higgins, who favors the changes, talked about the need to control costs and about getting the facts before the business community makes a decision.
Other items discussed included taxes, dairy farming and the federal deficit.
