Software manufacturer Plantrol awarded grant

WESTFIELD - Plantrol Systems, Ltd., a custom software manufacturer in Westfield, has been awarded the Southern Tier of New York Incumbent Worker Training Grant.

Plantrol's use of this funding will be to provide training within its Interactive Design Department. Graphic Designer Curtis Czajka of Ripley will attend Adobe Flash CS4 Level 2 Classes in Amherst. The software used for this training is the industry-leading authoring environment for creating engaging interactive experiences with object-based animation.

Plantrol Systems develops custom application software for businesses of all sizes. Parallel with this development the technology of custom web applications and an emphasis on E-Commerce and Internet Services has become intrinsic to their product viability in today's ever-transforming technology market.
