City man damages power pole in Fredonia

A city of Dunkirk man is facing driving while intoxicated charges after hitting a power pole in the village of Fredonia.

According to WDOE-AM, Thomas Massar Jr. was charged after the accident on Risley Street by Fredonia police officers this morning. No power was lost to residents in the area and Massar will be in court at a later date.
