HANOVER - Stephanie Mercado, 20, of Dunkirk was charged Wednesday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with less than two required headlights.
Deputies said she was stopped on Route 5 & 20 in the Town of Hanover for the headlight infraction.
The investigation found that her license had been suspended.
The charges are to be answered in Hanover Town Court.
