Joseph S. Privateer, 65, a life long resident in the Dunkirk-Fredonia area, died Friday evening (Nov. 6, 2009) at Brooks Memorial Hospital after a long illness. Arrangements are incomplete and date and time will be announced by the Fantauzzi Funeral Home, 82 E. Main St. Fredonia, NY.
