Hamburg town voters approve downsizing

A fifth Erie County municipality is reducing its legislative representation.
On Tuesday, town of Hamburg voters approved downsizing the board from five to three by a 4,424-2,876 margin.
Hamburg joined the towns of West Seneca, Evans, Orchard Park and Alden residents in voting to eliminate two board members from the Town Board.
