Fredonia Police

Kaeleigh Champlin, 21, of Buffalo was charged Nov. 13 with driving while intoxicated and operation of a motor vehicle with .08 of 1 percent alcohol.

Deanna Seibert, 28, of Central Avenue, Dunkirk was charged Nov. 13 with petit larceny.

Daniel Meccas, 20, of New York was charged Nov. 13 with unlawful possession of alcohol for a person under 21, and violation of an open container law along with James Lappin Jr., 21, of Fairport.

Will Pearson, 24, of Buffalo was charged Nov. 14 with unlawful possession of marijuana along with Steven Krajnik, 23, of Buffalo who was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

Danielle Payne, 19, of Jamestown was picked up on a warrant on Nov. 14. She posted $110 bail.

Dwight Damcott, 20, of Westfield was charged Nov. 15 with unlawful possession of alcohol for a person under 21 and littering, and also with violation of an open container along with Nichole Freeman, 22, of Westfield.

John Rauh, 18, of Ashville was charged Nov. 15 with unlawful possession of alcohol for a person under 21 and violation of an open container.

Brandon Dorman, 22, of Mayville was charged Nov. 15 with disorderly conduct-obscene language and gestures.

James Alessi, 31, of Ontario, Calif., was charged Nov. 17 with petit larceny.

Troy Lemiszko, 30, of Brocton was returned to Fredonia police from the Alleghany County Jail on a valid arrest warrant for a Sept. 25 petit larceny charge.

David Brown, 25, of Prospect Street turned himself in on Nov. 18 on a warrant. He paid $250 bail.

Nichole Olvey, 23, of Jamestown was charged Nov. 20 with harassment and criminal misintent to damage property.

Joshua Ponds, 24, of Bennett Road was charged Nov. 20 with criminal trespassing.

Norbert Adams Jr., 21, of Bennett Road was charged Nov. 21 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving without a license.

Luis Ortega, 29, of Lincoln Avenue and Roberto Gonzalez, 29, of Lake Shore Drive West were charged Nov. 15 with disorderly conduct for fighting.

Mairena Rosado, 41, of East Fifth Street was charged Nov. 15 with violation of a noise control ordinance.

Eagenak Singer, 30, of Washington Avenue was charged Nov. 17 with tampering with a witness.

Ismael Soto Jr., 18, of East Second Street was charged Nov. 17 with obstruction.

Anthony Anderson, 28, of South Beaver Street was charged Nov. 17 with disorderly conduct-obstruction.

Michael Adkins, 42, of South Main Street was charged Nov. 19 with violation of a noise control ordinance.

Samuel Martinez, 34, of Maple Avenue was charged Nov. 21 with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Jose Rivera, 26, of Ruggles Street was charged Nov. 22 with fifth-degree arson and disorderly conduct.

Kevin Raymond, 44, of Jamestown was charged Nov. 22 with burglary, criminal mischief and grand larceny.

Josue Baez, 21, of Lake Shore Drive East was charged Nov. 23 with criminal impersonation and obstruction.

Amanda Hardy, 22, of Harmon Hill Road, Fredonia was charged Nov. 23 with driving while intoxicated.

Richard Janik, 69, of Hoyt Street was charged Nov. 23 with aggravated driving while intoxicated.

Jessica Shepard, 27, of Greco Lane was charged Nov. 24 with failure to signal 100 feet in advance, driving an uninsured motor vehicle and criminal possession of a controlled substance along with Edwin Wilson, 32, of North Carolina, who was charged with open container inside a motor vehicle and criminal impersonation.

Jordan Lagano, 18, of Central Avenue was charged Nov. 25 with violation of a noise control ordinance.
