FORESTVILLE: Donna Eileen Dailey, age 67, of King Road, Forestville, died Thursday, December 31st,

2009 at TLC/HN-Nursing Facility, Irving, following a courageous 16-year battle with cancer. She was born in Gowanda on July 5, 1942, the daughter of the late Harry and Jeanette (Bergey) Sager. Mrs. Dailey was a graduate of Forestville Central School, Class of 1960. She could be found on a daily basis next to the side of her lifelong companion, Dennis Wakelee, at Dailey & Elias Brothers in Smith Mills. Mrs. Dailey worked as a baker for Quality Markets in Silver Creek and she also worked as a secretary for many area

businesses over the last 50 years. She was a member of Gage Chapel Community Church, Smith Mills, was treasurer of the Forestville Alumni Association, was a charter member of the Forestville Band Boosters, was a member of TOPS in Silver Creek, where she held many offices, was a member of Southern Tier Auto Buff's Car Club and was co-chairman of the NASCAR Fantasy League. Mrs. Dailey enjoyed knit-

ting, cooking, quilting, crocheting, ceramics, web surfing & card playing. She was very devoted to her

family & grandchildren. Surviving besides her lifelong companion are a son Roy (Audrey) Dailey of Silver Creek, a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Sharon) Smith of Forestville, four "step daughters" Mrs. Phil (Marilyn) Orlando of Jamestown, Mrs. Tommy (Kim) Rocque of Dunkirk, Renee Camillo of Buffalo, Shannon Wakelee of Buffalo, two "step sons" Steven (Jodi) Wakelee of Florida, Dennis (Julie) Wakelee of Cassadaga, two brothers Norman (Liz) Sager of Silver Creek and Barry Sager of Cattaraugus. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren, Zachary, Alex & Jordan Dailey of Silver Creek, Kyle, Emma & Jake Smith of Forestville, several "step grandchildren" and nieces & nephews. Friends are welcome to call at the Riles & Woolley

Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm from where Funeral Services will be held Monday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
