Trinity United Methodist Church in Frewsburg, was the setting for the Oct. 10, 2009 ceremony uniting in marriage Annie Noel Hooper and Andres Melendez. Pastor Cameron Lienhart officiated.
Annie is the daughter of Donald and Deborah Phillips of Jamestown and Robert Hooper of Kennedy; and the granddaughter of Dorothy Salmon of North Charleroi, Pa. Andres is the son of Justo and Elizabeth Melendez Vega of Jamestown; and the grandson of Wilma Rivera of Dunkirk.
The bride chose Kimberly Manelick to be her maid of honor. Kristina Birath, Barbara Hooper and Kristin Ackley served as bridesmaids. Flower girls were Madison Arthurs and Jasmine Rodriguez.

Serving as best man for the groom was Vincent Parasiliti with Ommy Gonzalez, Ian Sumner and Chad Smith as groomsmen. Ushers were Cage Arthurs, Ian Elder and Lucas Arthurs. Jackson Arthurs was ring bearer. Joe and Audrey Privitera served as Master and Mistress of Ceremony.
The couple are both employed at The Resource Center and reside in Jamestown. A honeymoon is planned for December 2010 in Hawaii.
