DAYTON - A 28-year-old Dayton man is facing charges after allegedly assaulting and calling his girlfriend on the phone 114 times.
Cattaraugus County sheriff's deputies report a warrant was issued for Jason S. Dunning, 28, of 9593 Allen St. Dunning was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree aggravated harassment charges for the numerous phone calls, which he was ordered to not make.
He will be in court Feb. 4.

Jason White, 31, of Route 20, was picked up on a warrant. He posted $225 bail.
Christopher Harding, 26, of Sinclairville was charged Jan. 19 with petit larceny.
Julian Christopher, 24, of Park Avenue, Dunkirk was charged Jan. 22 with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1 percent alcohol.
Mark Sam, 46, of Lord Street, Dunkirk was charged Jan. 24 with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1 percent alcohol.
Jennifer Edwards, 28, of West Seneca was charged Jan. 23 with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1 percent alcohol.
Nicholas Tiaskkun, 23, of Seneca Falls was charged Jan. 22 with violation of an open container and littering.
Joseph Sienkiewicz, 21, of Temple Street was charged Jan. 23 with unlawful possession of marijuana.
