Stephen T. Stolinski of Genet Street, Dunkirk, NY died Thursday morning (Feb. 4, 2010) at Millard Fillmore Hospital, Gates
Circle, in Buffalo, NY. He was 62 years of age, born in Dunkirk on Oct. 31, 1947, the son of Gloria (Kubera) Stolinski of Dunkirk and the late Henry P. Stolinski. A lifelong Dunkirk resident, Mr. Stolinski was a retired clerk in the City
Treasurer's Office for 32 years from 1975 until his retirement in 2007, also serving as Assistant City Treasurer.
He was an avid Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres and New York Yankees fan. Mr. Stolinski was a member of Blessed Mary
Angela R.C. Parish - St. Hyacinth's Church, the Moniuszko Club and the First Ward Falcon Club. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, Wayne (Linda) Stolinski of Dunkirk; his sister, Lynn (Dennis) Newcomb of Perrysburg,
NY; two nephews, Captain Timothy (Robin) Stolinski, U.S. Army stationed in Iraq and Nicholas Stolinski of Dunkirk; two step-nieces, Danyel Rizzuto of Jamestown, NY, and Dana Ahlstrom of Dunkirk. Aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 10:15 from the Newman Funeral Home Inc. followed by a Mass of Chris-
tian Burial at 11 o'clock in Blessed Mary Angela R.C. Parish - St. Hyacinth's Church. Interment will follow in St. Hyacinth's
Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7-9 P.M. Saturday and 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Sunday.
