- Joshua A. Pettygrove, 21, of Perrysburg was charged Jan. 31 with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right.
Deputies said he went off the side of Webster Road and into a ditch.
There were no injuries reported in the accident which happened in the Town of Pomfret.
Pettygrove was issued appearance tickets for Pomfret Town Court.
- RIPLEY - Tucker A. Best, 19, of Ripley was arrested on a warrant charging with third-degree burglary.
He is being held in Chautauqua County Jail without bail.
- NORTH HARMONY - Henry Reyes, 30, of North Harmony was arrested on a warrant charging him with third-degree criminal sale and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both charges are felonies.
The warrant was the result of an investigation by Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.
Reyes was arraigned and was committed to Chautauqua County Jail to await a bail hearing.
- MAYVILLE - Edward R. Johnson, 38, of Jamestown was featured on the Chautauqua County Wanted Persons list for a Family Court warrant.
He was arrested and his name has been removed from the list.
Juan L. Resto, 24, of Eagle Street, Dunkirk was charged Sunday with speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation.
Deputies said he was stopped on Bennett Road in the Town of Dunkirk for speeding and the investigation led to the unlicensed charge.
Resto is to answer these charges in Dunkirk Town Court.
- SHERIDAN - Ashley L. Hartzell, 23, of Angola was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated, having .08 percent or more blood alcohol content and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
Deputies said she was stopped on Route 20 in the Town of Sheridan for crossing over the center line of the road and the investigation led to the DWI charges.
The officers also learned her driving privileges had been suspended because of a previous alcohol related conviction.
She also was cited for failure to keep right.
These charges are to be answered in Sheridan Town Court.
- CHAUTAUQUA - Charles L. Fitch, 25, of Westfield was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated, having .08 percent or more blood alcohol content, unlicensed operation and driving without headlights.
Deputies said Fitch was stopped on Plank Road in the Town of Chautauqua for driving without headlights.
The investigation led to the DWI charges.
These charges are to be answered in Chautauqua Town Court.
Silver Creek Village Court
SILVER CREEK - Michael A. Barringer, 33, of Sherman, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $285.
- John P. Donovan, 23, of Tonawanda, pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 27 days - time served in Chautauqua County Jail.
- Aaron L. Green, 24, of Hamburg, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $185.
- James D. Hohman, 47, of Eden, was convicted of driving while ability impaired and a lane violation. He was fined $895, and his license was suspended.
- Amber R. Krull, 21, of Angola, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $250.
- Julie A. Kuster, 42, of Derby, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $285.
- Ahren B. Morano, 25, of Stockton, was arraigned on unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail. He will return to court March 3.
- Eric M. Roof, 22, of Dunkirk, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $285.
- Lee W. Seybold, 48, of Main Road, Silver Creek, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $900.
