Demolition of the One Liberty Square building is expected to begin the week of June 14, according to Jay Warren of Graf Realty. The exact start date of demolition depends on when all of their notifications and permits are filed and approved.
Warren expects the demo to take 3-5 days.
Immediately following the completion of the Liberty Square demolition, crews will begin to disassemble the Masonic Temple Building, said John Bankosh of Palmer-Bryant Realty.

Bankosh estimated the Masonic Temple demolition will take much longer than the Liberty Square demo perhaps an entire month, based on preliminary estimates from their contractor.
The Graf Building will be the lone building to stand following the demolitions. Warren said the clean-up of the building has been completed. Reconstruction will begin after the Masonic Temple Building comes to the ground, he said.
