Elizabeth Ann Murphy of East Greenbush and Joshua Robert McIntyre of West Sand Lake were united in marriage on June 26, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. in a double-ring ceremony officiated by the Rev. Joseph O'Brien at Church of the Holy Spirit in East Greenbush. The bride is the daughter of James and Ellen Murphy of East Greenbush and the granddaughter of John and Joanna Banach of Dunkirk. The groom is the son of Bret and Toni McIntyre of West Sand Lake.
The bride was escorted by her father. She wore an ivory satin strapless gown with silver embroidery and crystal accents, and a semi-cathedral length train. She carried a bouquet of ivory roses with blue hydrangeas, baby's breath and green floral accents.
Jennifer Rosney of Rochester, friend of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids included friends of the bride Alison Guerin of Latham and Meaghan Linehan of Freemont, Calif.; and Danielle Schults of West Sand Land, cousin of the groom. Rebecca Banach of Dunkirk, cousin of the bride, served as junior bridesmaid. All bridesmaids wore navy blue strapless gowns with a side drape affixed with a silver brooch and carried bouquets of blue hydrangea and baby's breath.

Best man was Devin McIntyre of West Sand Lake, brother of the groom. Ushers included Alexander McIntyre of West Sand Lake, brother of the groom; Daniel Murphy of East Greenbush, brother of the bride; Patrick Cicchino of Washington, D.C., friend of the groom; and Albert Cole of East Greenbush, uncle of the groom.
Soloist was Matthew Pardo of Castleton and organist was Cylon George of Albany.
The reception was held at The Century House in Latham.
The bride is a graduate of Columbia High School in East Greenbush. She earned her B.S. at SUNY Fredonia and M.S. in speech language pathology at the College of St. Rose. She is a speech language pathologist at The Prospect Child and Family Center in Queensbury.
The groom is also a graduate of Columbia High School. He is an orthopaedic sales associate with Biomet, Inc.
The couple honeymooned at Lake Placid and Vermont, and will take a Carribean cruise in August. They reside in Queensbury.
