Olivia Mae Penharlow and Theodore Easton Widger were united in marriage on Dec. 27, 2009, at the First United Methodist Church in Fredonia. The Rev. Byron Widger, father of the groom, officiated the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Janice Penharlow of Fredonia and David (Lisa) Penharlow of Fredonia. The groom is the son of Byron and Jenifer Widger of Phillipsburg, N.J.
Sister of the bride, Allison (Penharlow) Muck served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Tiffany Penharlow of Dunkirk, sister of the bride; Shannon Smith of Macedon, college friend of the bride; Julie Settle of St. Johnsville, friend of the bride; Kelly Furey of Syracuse, and Martha Widger of Phillipsburg, sister of the groom.
Benjamin Widger of Phillipsburg, served as best man for his brother. Groomsmen were Michael Psiaki of Ithaca, friend of the groom; Benjamin Laird of Phillipsburg, friend of the groom; Bert Roling of Phillipsburg, friend of the groom; Nicholas Jiorle of Phillipsburg, friend of the groom; and Chad Paolini of Fredonia, brother of the bride.

A reception at Shorewood Country Club followed the ceremony. The bride is a 2005 graduate of Fredonia Central School and a 2009 graduate of Cornell University with a B.S. in biological sciences. She is currently pursuing a medical degree at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. The groom is a 2005 graduate of Phillipsburg High School and a 2009 graduate of Cornell University with a B.S. in mechanical engineering and is currently employed at Clark Patterson Lee in Rochester.
The couple honeymooned in the Berkshires, Mass. They reside in Rochester.
