Clarendon man has split verdict

A Clarendon man was found guilty of one count he faced and not guilty of another in Warren County Court on Aug. 23. Mark Eugene Wilson, 115 Morrison Run Rd., Clarendon, was found guilty of aggravated indecent assault and not guilty of another count of aggravated indecent assault during a jury trial before Judge William Morgan. Wilson’s attorney was John Mead of Erie. The attorney for the prosecution was assistant district attorney Barry Klenowski.
