Lauren H. Shuck and Aaron F. Howard exchanged wedding vows on May 29, 2010 at the Hall of Philosophy in Chautauqua. Rev. Dayle Keefer performed the ceremony, with Sarah Donatelli (violin) and Wendy Marlinski (piano) providing musical accompaniment.
The bride is the daughter of Joanne Haumesser and James Shuck of Bemus Point. Her husband is the son of Lynda Howard-Glassman and the late Dr. Mark Howard of Bemus Point.
Tessa Shuck, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jacquelyn Howard, Sarah Pickard, Autumn Brookmire, Emily Trostel and Allison Walker. Annie Meehan, cousin of the bride, was the flower girl.

The best man was Justin Howard, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Adam Morris, Christopher Williams and David Howig. Stevie Stone was the ring bearer.
Mistress of ceremonies was Jennifer Urbanski.
The bride and groom are both graduates of Maple Grove High School. Lauren received a bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh and is currently obtaining a Ph.D. in developmental psychology at the University of Maryland. Her husband graduated with a bachelor's from Grove City College and is working on a Ph.D. in biology at Georgetown University.
They honeymooned in Egypt and are living in the Washington, D.C., metro area.
