A truck belonging to Lawrence Livingston, 63, of Clarendon was severely damaged as a result of a crash at approximately 9:15 a.m. Tuesday in Mead Township. According to Warren-based state police, Livingston was eastbound on Route 6 near Warren Overhead Door when William Nuhfer, 85, Warren, attempted to pull into the business’ driveway and crossed into Livingston’s path, police said. Police reported that Livingston attempted to swerve to avoid a collision, but was unable to do so and continued westbound striking a sign and a telephone pole. Police said both drivers were transported to Warren General Hospital for treatment of minor injuries and released.
