A popular entertainment series at the State University of New York at Fredonia will again be supported by the community's leading communications company during the 2010-11 season.
DFT Communications, based in Fredonia, returns for its fourth season as the title sponsor of the DFT Communications Pops Series at Rockefeller Arts Center.
"We are pleased to once again have DFT Communications as the sponsor for our pops series," said Rockefeller Arts Center Director Jefferson Westwood. "DFT has long been a generous supporter of many worthwhile endeavors in our community."

The DFT Communications Pops Series features a mix of popular musical styles including everything from light classics, jazz and Dixieland to show tunes and big band. Artists who have appeared in the series include Roger Williams, Dave Brubeck, the Four Freshmen and The Three Irish Tenors.
The series will feature three concerts as part of the 2010-2011 Lake Shore Savings Season. It opens tonight with the return of Boston Brass at 8 p.m. in King Concert Hall. The event sponsor is WDOE AM/96 KIX FM. For 25 years, Boston Brass has set out to establish a one-of-a-kind musical experience. From exciting classical arrangements, to upbeat arrangements of jazz standards and the best of the original brass quintet repertoire, Boston Brass treats audiences to a unique brand of entertainment which captivates all ages.
