Friends of Nancy Bargar opened a Dunkirk/Fredonia headquarters Saturday in the D & F Plaza, 1170 Central Avenue, Dunkirk. Surrounded by supporters, Bargar cut the ribbon held by her staff: Manager Mike Szydlo kneeling at left and Deputy Manager Liesl Peterson, kneeling at right. The Bargar for Assembly campaign location will be open evenings and Saturdays through Election Day.
