Robert D. Roach Jr. and Mary Ann Braun, both formerly of Dunkirk, were married on November 18, 1950 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Dunkirk.
Robert is a retired rocket engineer who was employed in Dover, N.J., at Bell Aerospace Textron, Occidental Chemical and Calspan. Mary Ann is a retired registered nurse who was employed by the Clarence School System. They have seven children and 11 grandchildren. The couple currently resides on Gentwood Drive, Clarence.
The couple's 60th wedding anniversary celebration will be held at their children's home and will also be celebrated at Mass at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Clarence.
