According to Fredonia Chief Inspection Officer John Monaco, the company recently received their demolition permit and went right to work. 'It's still up in the air if they're going to start this year or not. I was being told they wouldn't be starting this year right along, until last week, I was told it may be possible they may start it this year,' Monaco said regarding possible construction.
