Paullina Ochoa and Joseph Puccio II announce their engagement. Ochoa is the daughter of Felix and Maria Ochoa of Fort Pierce, Fla. Joseph Puccio is the son of the late Joseph Puccio and the late Dorothy Jeffcoat, Westfield.
The bride-to-be graduated from Dunkirk High School in 2003 and Colorado Technical University Online with an associate of science in medical billing and coding in 2009. The prospective groom graduated from Fredonia Central School in 1997. Both are employed by H & R Block.
A Feb. 13, 2011 wedding is planned in Jensen Beach, Fla.
