Philip Wolf and Mindy Carlson announce their engagement. Carlson is the daughter of William Carlson of Fredonia and Linda Carlson of Silver Spring, Md. Wolf is the son of Stuart Wolf of Somersworth, N.H., and the late Patricia Wolf.
Carlson is a 1999 graduate of Fredonia High School. She graduated in 2003 with a bachelor's degree from SUNY Fredonia, and in 2008 from Canisius College, where she earned a master's degree in literacy. Carlson is currently employed as a first-grade teacher in the Hamburg Central School District.
Wolf is a 1998 graduate of Kennett High School in Conway, N.H. After graduating from high school, he attended SUNY Cortland where he worked on obtaining a degree in criminal justice. Wolf is currently employed as a private investigator.
