10:20 a.m.: Passenger train stuck in Dunkirk

An Amtrak passenger train with about 240 passengers is stuck in Dunkirk after hitting a tractor-trailer that killed a man this morning.

The train, which according to reports was coming from Chicago on Tuesday night, was to be in Rochester by 10 a.m. today. No one on the train is injured, but it is expected to be delayed for about 2 1/2 hours.

The accident occurred on Middle Road, between ECR International and Nestle Purina.
