Mr. and Mrs. Eric Clute

Amy Lynn Szalkowski and Eric Alan Clute exchanged wedding vows on Oct. 9, 2010, at Chautauqua Suites Meeting & Expo Center in Mayville. Judge James Craig performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Timothy and Joyce Kelly of Brocton, and the late Alan Szalkowski. Her husband is the son of Clarence and Sandra Clute of Westfield.

Music for the ceremony was provided by James Lloret of Ashville. Sarah Kelly of Westfield, step-sister of the bride read "The Apache Marriage Blessing" during the ceremony.

The bride was escorted by her parents. She wore a white delicate chiffon full-length strapless A-line gown with ruching and embroidered appliques on the bodice and down the train, along with a corset back. She carried a bouquet of circus roses, orange calla lilies and red hypericum berries.

The matron of honor was Emily (Mathews) Paddock of Westfield, friend of the bride and groom. Bridesmaids were Angela (Clute) Fuller of Westfield, sister of the groom; Chelsea Perez of Asheville, N.C.; Jamie (Sobecki) Westin of West Seneca; Holly (Eppinger) Spoon of Westfield and Nina (Maddox) DiLorenzo of Brocton, all friends of the bride. Honor attendants wore full-length A-line celadon gowns with white accents and carried bouquets of circus roses and hypericum berries. The flower girls were Eva and Sarah DiLorenzo of Brocton.

The groom's best friend, Donald Paddock of Westfield, served as the best man. Groomsmen included Jason Clute of Groton, Conn., brother of the groom; Matthew Szalkowski of Fredonia, brother of the bride; and Jesus Pinero of Springhill, Fla., friend of the groom. The ring bearer was Brayden Paddock of Westfield.

The bride is a 2000 graduate of Brocton Central School and is employed as an associate engineer at FairPoint Communications in Westfield. Her husband is a 1999 graduate of Westfield Academy and Central School and is employed as a Bakery Operator at Better Baked Foods in Westfield.

The couple resides in Westfield.
