Kozlowski wins event at Lancaster Invite

LANCASTER?- Several Dunkirk runners had strong performances in the Lancaster Invitational on Friday.

In the 600-meter run, Jeremy Kozlowski finished first with a time of 1:38.5 and led the 4x400 relay team to a third-place finish along with Ken Dill, Edwin Gomez and Zach Meadows. The four-some finished in just 4:15.8.

In the 50 hurdles, Calvin Stallworth ran to a third-place finish with a time of :7.7. He was also fourth in the 300 (:42.5).

In the pole vault, Tyler Gajewski placed second with a leap of 8-feet-6 inches.

The 4x200 relay team, consisting of Ramal Ready, Tyler Crumb, Mike McNiff and Zach Jankowski, took fourth, crossing the finish line in 1:58.9.

For the girls, Erica Santiago heaved the shot put 24-2 to take sixth place. In the 600, Amanda Michalski took sixth in 2:09.7 and in the 50 dash, Lisa Dunbar crossed the finish line in :7.6 to take sixth place.

The Marauders return to action next Saturday when they compete in the RTI Invitational.
