Dan and Barbara (Hyland) Budniewski of Dunkirk recently celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary.
The couple married on Jan. 21, 1956 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Dunkirk with a reception following the ceremony.
Their children include: Tom and Linda Budniewski of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; Natalie and Jim Bird of Cassadaga; Mark Budniewski of Annapolis, Md.; Karen and Jim Mietus of Rochester. They have nine grandchildren.
