Mary Olenen and Jonah Brock announce their engagement. Olenen is the daughter of Peter and Patricia Olenen of Westtown, N.Y. Brock is the son of Debra and Roland Brock of Mount Hope, N.Y.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Minisink Valley High School and SUNY Fredonia University with a bachelor's degree in music education. She also received her master of music degree from SUNY Fredonia. She is employed as a music teacher at the Dunkirk City Schools.
The prospective groom also graduated from Minisink Valley High School and received his bachelor of science degree from Manhattan College in Chemical Engineering. He is a quality inspector at Bailey Manufacturing Company LLC.
