Joel and Lynn Rammelt announce the engagement of their daughter, Elisha to Captain Mark Kroger, son of David and Cynthia Kroger of Fishers, Ind.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Ernest and Suzanne Rammelt of Westfield and LaVerne and Jane DeLand of Brocton. She is a 2001 graduate of Westfield Academy and a 2005 graduate of SUNY Fredonia.
The prospective groom is a 2007 graduate from West Point. He is currently stationed at Fort Benning, Ga.
