Ronald Tiller and Patricia Latona of Dunkirk announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of the late Howard and Shirley Kaiser of Grand Island. She is the owner of Patty's Pet Grooming of Dunkirk.
Tiller is the son of the late Lee E. Tiller of South Dayton and the late Agnes Tiller of Gowanda. He also is the stepson of Ella May Tiller of South Dayton. He is employed by the Village of Gowanda.
