Mr. and Mrs. Burton (Sarah) Aldrich

Sarah Aden Knott and Burton Douglas Aldrich were married May 14, 2011 at Saint Mary of the Annunciation, Charleston, S.C. The Most Rev. David B. Thompson presided. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John L. Knott Jr. of Charleston. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas L. Aldrich of Fredonia, the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard F. Aldrich of Fredonia and Mrs. Raymond L.E. Sax of New Zealand.

Melissa Knott served as matron of honor for her sister. Bridesmaids were Megan Knott, sister-in-law of the bride; Erin Ravenel, friend of the bride; Elizabeth Aldrich and Sarah Aldrich, sisters of the groom.

Matthew Brown, friend of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Andrew Yeager and Henry Hidy, friends of the groom; John L. Knott III, brother of the bride; and William Ray, brother-in-law of the bride.

Olivia Knott and Marin Ray, nieces of the bride, served as flower girls. Aden Ray and Brady Knott, nephews of the bride, served as ring bearers. John L. Knott IV and Liam Ray served as junior ushers.

The bride is a graduate of Ashley Hall and Tulane University. She is currently marketing manager for the Morean Arts Center, St. Petersburg, Fla. The groom is a graduate of Fredonia High School and University at Buffalo. He is currently a district manager for Pernod Ricard in Florida.

After honeymooning in New Zealand, the couple reside in Dunedin, Fla.
